This generated significant volumes of additional traffic to their website which then led to new sales enquiries; caught the attention with a regular blog on the site, provided exclusive targeted offers to their customer base via email, and established a significant new loyalty programme on Facebook, where friends of the brand were encouraged to share news and deals with their extended and substantial network of friends.
